Welcome to My AICE Media Studies Blog!

The importance of studying media studies is to keep up with the world around you, as media enables your feelings and knowledge to be influenced using education, information, and entertainment. I use media on a daily basis, around five or six hours a day. My favorite type of media is social media, as it allows me to share, make connections, and gain inspiration from other people. Media, such as social media, is engaging to teens since it allows us to connect with family, friends, and people all around the world. I find the different types of media and their different purposes interesting, as well as how the world revolves around media, and how media connects people's thoughts and feelings together.

In this blog, I will be discussing and documenting my opening film. I would like to create an opening for a horror film. Horror films have become very popular for teens to watch these days, as they create suspense, thrills, and entertainment in an unexpected turn of events. My horror film will stress the idea of being careful of your surroundings, and to be careful who you make friends with. To achieve this, I will need to learn about how 'wrong place wrong time' events can lead to dangerous situations. The film is be expected to release spring of 2024.

To create this film and document my blogging journey, I will need patience, cooperation, managing my time wisely, and organization. Creating an opening film will take multiple tries to get how I desire it to be, so being patient will help with creating the film smoothly and will not rush the process to ensure the best quality. Cooperation skills will help bring the filmmaking team together and ensure good spirit and good energy within each other. Time management will help with making sure the film runs on time to its release date. Organization will help with keeping the blog nice and neat and making sure the blog matches the filmmaking process of the film.
